Hull Council of Disabled People

The Hull Council of Disabled People (HCDP) is a charitable organisation that can be found in the town centre of Kingston Upon Hull the exact location being, 35/37 Ferensway, Hull, HU2 8NA.

We have been running for over 24 years and celebrated our silver anniversary in June 2008. The objective of the HCDP is to provide a means of consolidation and co-operation amongst both disabled and able-bodied people.

We aim to promote the welfare of the disabled and vulnerable, advance their education, further their health and relieve their poverty in anyway deemed by law to be charitable.

Our centre and café is open to all from 9am to 3:30pm and we welcome the chance to assist in anyway we can, be it through our Welfare Rights Service or the gardening/decorating project.
